Risk assessment
What can go wrong:
Slips and trips- when we are filming we will have zombies chasing people and when this is happening its easily possible for someone to slip or trip when running. This risk can be prevented by telling everyone thats running to look where they are going and we have to make sure that there isn't anything that they can fall over. |
As some scenes will be people getting chased by zombies going through corridors and running through doors its important to make sure that they dont run in to the door and this can cause brusing and injuries to the face. A risk like this can be prevented by making sure that the doors will open easily or we can stop the zombies as soon as the person run through so we dont have lots of people running in to each other at the door.

There will be blood in different scenes in the opening title sequence. in some scenes blood will be getting splattered against the wall and over people and in some there will be blood in the zombies mouths. the risk we can have here is putting the wrong blood in the mouthof the zombies. There is a lot of ways to making fake blood such as adding food colouring to washing up liquid and blood that is edible. Its important that the zombies don't have the washing up liquid blood because it can cause harm to them. This risk can be prevented by giving them the edible liquid.
Example Risk Assessment
This tells us that this film will be done on a beach but we will need to be aware of fires and dogs on set. All these things in this example tells us exactly how to control the place and damage. Also an emergency plan just in case all else fails.
